Installation & Commissioning

Factory-acceptance testing in Gullegem, on-site levelling and power integration, and CADMAN software commissioning with operator pilot runs on representative parts.

Press Brake Tooling Programs

Genuine LVD press brake tooling ecosystems, custom bottom dies for high-strength steel, and stocked tool libraries for fast changeover. Digital catalog integrated with CADMAN-B.

Fiber Laser & Punch Parts

Regional parts hubs stocking laser optics, nozzles, assist-gas regulators, Strippit punch-and-die consumables. Most SKUs cleared for 72-hour delivery across EMEA, Americas, APAC.

Process Recipe Development

Material-specific cutting, bending and punching recipes developed in Gullegem. Every recipe shipped with a written parameter sheet and cut / bend sample archive.

LVD Academy: CADMAN-L / CADMAN-B / CADMAN-P programming, safety certification to IEC 60825-1 and ANSI Z136.1, and advanced adaptive-bending masterclasses.

24/7 Technical Support

LVD Remote Service dials into the machine, inspects controller logs, and resolves most alarm conditions inside the same shift. Critical-issue field escalation standard.

LVD publishes its SLA response targets rather than quoting "best effort" language. Contracts are customised to the installation, but the baseline tiers below apply.
