By accessing lvd-fabrication.com (“the Site”) you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of marketing materials, technical documentation, inquiry forms and all public content on the Site. They do not replace any formal Purchase Agreement, Service Agreement, or Non-Disclosure Agreement you may enter into with LVD Fabrication Systems.
Technical specifications, white papers, case studies and imagery published on the Site are provided for informational purposes. While LVD maintains these materials with engineering discipline, content is subject to change without notice and does not constitute a formal commercial commitment. Binding specifications are issued only in a signed commercial proposal or applications-lab trial report.
CADMAN, Phoenix FL, Taurus FL, Strippit and Easy-Form Laser are trademarks of LVD Fabrication Systems. Content, images, schematics and downloadable documents on the Site are the intellectual property of LVD or its licensors and may not be reproduced, redistributed or used in derivative works without written consent.
By submitting an inquiry form, RFQ request or applications-lab trial request, you consent to being contacted by an LVD application engineer regarding your enquiry. Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Site may link to third-party resources (standards bodies, industry publications, partner directories). LVD does not endorse and is not responsible for the content or availability of external resources.
Site content is provided on an “as is” basis. LVD disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement with respect to Site content. Any warranty for delivered machinery is stated exclusively in the applicable Purchase Agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LVD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the Site. Commercial liability is governed solely by signed contractual agreements.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any dispute arising from Site use is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kortrijk, Belgium.
LVD may update these Terms of Service at any time. The “last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
